Dad provided the steaks, and my brother, Jem, marinated them in Worcestershire Sauce, balsamic vinegar, and some steak spice. Then he threw them on the BBQ.We had some company, the neighbour's toy chihuahua, Lilly. She is half the size of Juno and very cuddly!
As the steaks cooked, my SIL made stuffed potato skins, using bacon bits, green onion, tomatoes, and cheese. We also had a salad with dinner - and it was one excellent meal! Everything was wonderful!

OMGoodness, what a delicous meal!! I am not a steak eater, but the potato skins and dessert made my stomach growl!!! The little dog looks so sweet, even if she DOES look like she's had a few too many haha.GREAT family dinner.
OK green with the nvy here.. what a fan-freaking-tastic dinner. Oh those potato skins, delicious!!
Aww, look at Lilly in her cute pink sweater! That is a wonderful meal, and even better that you didn't have to lift a finger to make it! Once in a while, it is nice to sit back and let someone else cook for you.
That is an awesome plate of food!!! The taters...the steak...oh my!
I am in love with this meal... Excellent all around
Yeah Baby! (yes, I'm immitating Emeril) This looks wonderful. What a perfect meal. And that dessert - yum. Lil Lilly looks like she was in charge of the evening.
It's 7 a.m. and all I can think about is potato skins......yum!!!!!
My little girl wants a Lilly too ! & what a perfectly scrumptious dinner....! Made me hungry as ever...
Oh man. That looks amazing! Seriously. I want it all, now. Right now.
Holy crap can I come over to your next dinner?!? That entire meal looked awesome! I'd totally chow down on those potato skins. Cute pup, too!
I'm coming for Dinner. That dog is so cute.
I agree with Cathy...it's almost 7 AM here and I want those potato skins. Love grilled food too. Especially with a nice char on it. Great looking meal and know it was a good time.
Steak is God's proof against vegetarianism :)
I made twice baked potatoes a few weeks back and a question occurred to me, what's the difference between twice baked potatoes and stuffed potato skins?
I think I came up with an answer, but not sure it's definitive. Seems like whether or not you use the scooped out pulp in making the stuffing mixture.
