At Last - Salad!
My AeroGardens have come through! Yesterday I harvested the first lettuce from my lettuce AeroGarden, and I made a nice fresh salad for dinner. While purchasing the other salad ingredients in LOGS, I gave the lettuce section in the store the finger!

That is so amazing. Really, in the bitterness of winter you have this amazing garden. Too cool!
it's such an amazing thing, like a sf :) And you will be able to plant new seeds in that machine yes?
For sure, Dez! The lettuce will produce for about 4 months, then after that, I can plant new ones.

I am such a four year old at heart sometimes...when I saw the garden in bloom, all i could do was point at the computer screen and say "I want one too!"
But seriously, it looks amazing.
