Just happened to forget the celery...Hahaha. Too funny but at least I have a recipe that will utilize the bay leaf tree I have in my back yard. Looks delicious.
I sense some celery amnesia going on here! I'm also a celery-phobe (texture, taste, everything) but I'd be willing to give it a chance if it made some delicious soup like this. Congrats on the article!
