
I mentioned in yesterday's
Thanksgiving post that I was inspired by my Pumpkin Bread Pudding to make pumpkin French toast, since the two dishes are very similar. So this morning I thought, why not have the Pumpkin Bread Pudding for breakfast?
So I did.
Man, this is dangerous stuff! It tasted better today than it did yesterday - the spices were brighter and the pumpkin flavour was more pronounced. It was amazing.
I have one breakfast-sized serving left!
Send me that last serving, stat!
