Spoil-myself Food

When I feel like spoiling myself, I often make these shrimp salad rolls. They have fresh mint in them from my AeroGarden. They are very easy to make, but are a bit finicky. They are so worth it, however! And when I feel I'm worth it, I make them. This afternoon was such a day for such a treat!

  1. 'tis something like spring rolls, yes? I love making and eating spring rolls, but we don't have that rice pastry that you usually use so we have to use filo-pastry.

  3. it is :) I usually fill it with grated cheese and some veggies and make little rolls or triangle pillows and fry them very quickly in hot oil :)

  4. I am totally craving spring rolls right now - although I'm going to err on the side of completely lazy and get take out for me.
