I almost choked on my diet Coke when I read this...if I wasn't sitting in front of an expensive computer, I'm sure there would have been a "spit take" involved....how hilarious.
Hee, I would do that.. I have one evil neighbour. I like to water my tomatoes wildly when he idles his Porsche beside them. Really, why anyone who had a Porsche would live in my humble neighbourhood anyway..
