It's amazing how...I have the same ice cream maker! It's amazing how easy it is to make good ice cream, isn't it? This grapefruit sorbet looks unusual and refreshing. The vodka is a nice touch, and would help keep the fat-free sorbet from freezing rock-solid (I never make my favourite strawberry-mango sorbet without adding some rum for the same reason).
